Lovely modern bungalow located on a small park on the beautiful Isle of Wight,  directly across the road from the beach and located adjacent to a designated nature reserve. Relax on the outdoor terrace and watch the geese, swans and oyster catchers whilst enjoying the view of the sun going down over the fields.

If you walk left out of the park and walk for a while you’ll end up at Ryde with a large expanse of sandy beach, eateries and activities.

Outdoor picnic tables to both front and back of the property to maximise sunshine at all times of the day. The front of the property directly overlooks the Hersey Nature Reserve where you can see many wading birds and wildfowl on a daily basis.

A 10 minute flat stroll turning right from the park entrance along the sea wall takes you to the beautiful sailing village of Seaview, which you can find plenty of amenities including cafe, convenience store, deli, waterfront bar and bistro, pharmacy, and gift shops and art galleries. Turning left out of the park you will find the nature reserve just a few minutes away which has a bird hide to enjoy, and a further 10 minute walk takes to the Boathouse pub and over the road you will find Puckpool Park, a converted former barracks which has a wonderful children's play area, mini golf and cafe. From here, if you were to continue walking along the sea wall you will pass Appley beach and tower and eventually end up in the bustling seaside resort of Ryde with all its attractions.

Directly opposite the property location is Springvale beach which is mostly sand and shingle, and perfect for rockpooling when the tide goes out.
