Hello and welcome to Solent Landing
Are you looking for a break from the madness of everyday life. Do you need to relax, restore and recharge with the family or take a romantic break with your partner?
If so, we are delighted to welcome you to our beautiful holiday home in Bembridge on the Isle of Wight, a perfect base from which you can explore all the island has to offer. The house sleeps six, in line with the current Covid regulations.
About the property…
We have owned the property for four years, and have had such fun turning it in to our beautifully presented cozy little eclectic haven. We have the all important Wi-Fi that is included and recently added a small TV, and we have a selection of board games and DAB Radio.
All linens are available, just bring your own beach towels and doggy towels, (we welcome well behaved pups, they will love the freedom of the endless stretch of beaches). We also have picnic plates, cups and a blanket for your days out.
There is direct access to a quiet beach, where you can try your hand at crabbing, (yes, we provide buckets and crabbing lines), try your hand at paddle boarding (we also have two boards at your disposal) all at your own risk, along with 2 life jackets also provided.
You have access to the spacious communal garden area if you fancy an evening barbecue, and we have relaxing beach chairs and a free standing hammock for your use.

Solent Landings, a spacious marine development was built after the demolition of the Royal Spit Hotel in the 1990’s. As you can see, it was once a very grand establishment which quickly became not only very successful, but headquarters to the Isle of Wight Golf Club both of which Queen Victoria bestowed Royal Patronage.
We are delighted to welcome you to our beautiful home, we’re sure you will love it as much as we do.
